Private911.app is a US and Mexican based company to help Americans, Canadians and all people traveling outside their home country in Mexico during an emergency situation.

How does it work?

The emergency application for your smart phone allows tourists, ex-pats or anyone traveling in the popular vacation areas of México, an emergency ambulance services to the nearest participating certified hospital with GPS locator for where the accident is located with the push of a button.

Who delivers the service?

The App will notify the nearest Hospital with immediate GPS location of where the accident or medical emergency is for the ambulance service. We will then follow up with your situation until the medical services arrive and your emergency contacts are notified.

Private911.app has 24/7 customer service support team through our website support, WhatsApp, email or telephone support team. The App will also have a map location of all participating hospitals in the area for self assurance.
